If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (it didn’t fit, imperfection or it just simply didnt fit you), simply send it back to us within 14 days of delivery. Once we get your returned goods, a store credit code will be issued. Please note your internal credit note expires 60 days from the date of issuance. We do not email you confirming the store credit issuance when you are ready to use please email us with the items and we will process it accordingly.
Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed & free from tanning or make-up stains with original tags & packaging).
Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning something due to a mistake by us.

Did you receive the incorrect item?
If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement sent out to you. We will send you a shipping label to have the faulty or incorrect item shipped back. Please note that you must contact us within 3 days after receipt to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the incorrect or damaged item within 7 days.
